Hi,

Since some time now the Israeli providers are missing.

I tried to manualy add the sources of rytecxmltvosn that worked before, it started to work but since few days I again get no epg for Yes or Hot.

What is wrong?

On solo se 2. Openpli 4 latest update.

Main reason is,  I only do European countries.

And as far as I now, Israel is no Europe.  The same as Turkey and Maroc.

I also do not do Ex-USSR countries.  But for these there is an alternative from another group.

 

One European country is missing:  Albania.  I tried to do this, but I had to gave it up.

It seems that another group publishes an EPG for Albania, but the channels links are missing for this.

Geographically Israel is not Europe but we are on the edge of Europe and we need this solution.

Then create the grabbers for each Israel's channels that you want EPG, then you will be able to generate a proper .xmltv file.

and once I have xmltv file, what then?

You create the association thanks to a xxx.channels.xml file to link your service reference with the channel.id that you have created with webgrabplus.

And of course a data file with the real EPG data, so you need to create 3 files.

Well, lot of work but it is done.

Question: after the wg++ i see in the program data that the epg text doesn’t contain the year of the movie, instead it have a date field where the year is put.
After running the epgimport of this xmltv, the year is not showing at all.

Can this be solved?

O yes.  Add this to the Siteini (at the end)

You will have to regrab everything.  Or just being patient.  This modification will have only effect on new grabs.  (or when you regrab everything)

should be splitted:

I have no problem to put it on my server if needed.

 

Main problem i have making israeli xmltv was that website are ip block to no-israel ip. 

 

Let me know how we can make it work.

Same problem here.  IP blocking.  Use a proxy helps for a few days.  But it gets blocked after a few days also.
