Is that related to ATV using an antique fork of our epgimport plugin, and never updated it?

There is no need in OpenPLi for a restart, imported EPG is available instantly.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

If this is really an old version of EPGimport then I can understand the restart.

However on OpenPLi the import is OK.

I have installed the bouquet as a IPTV channels, and added the links to the custom.channels.xml file.

No problems with the import.

See the attached screenshot.

However.

An old version of EPGimport could have another flaw.

There is at the moment a server on the blink (out of order - although you can still download from - but I cannot update it)

The recent versions of EPGimport (since 2 years) can detect this, and use automatically an other source.  The older versions have a problem.

Therefore, can you use the attached sources file (to be copied to /etc/epgimport) in which I renamed the problematic source. So it cannot be reached anymore.
