The release code for 6.0 is already frozen, so that will be for the 6.1-rc.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

We start working on that once 6.0-release is out. Which is a task currently on the table.

It is being discussed. Focus is on getting 6.0-release out.
After that we'll have to see if we need to release a hotfix for the osmega (which updating a BSP really isn't, as it may impact the overall stability of the image and you shouldn't work on "production" code) or fix it in 6.1.
What exactly does not work now, and is fixed with this update?

Last drivers for Edision OS Mega fixed problem with hight bitrate TP for correct decoding scrambled channels, e.g. for russian package MTS (75 east). With old drivers is decoding not correct. It was very importnat for all Russian Fedaration and CIS states. I personally contacted Edision Hellas Ltd and they fxed this problem for kernel 4.11.0 (OpenATV 6.0). For kernel 4.12.0 (OpenPLI 6.0) they write me, that new drivers are on github web and OpenPLi team should be implemented in Open PLI6.0 image.

Ok, clear.
We've seen the update, and they are present in our development tree, but release was branched off that, and frozen, before Edision updated the BSP.
We'll take this into account when we have to decide.

What is the USB ID of that device?
If you don't know, telnet into the box, issue the command "lsusb", then plug the device in, and do the same command again. The difference between the output of both gives you the USB ID.
