No there are not missing.  However there is a problem.

Sometime ago a lot of channels on 5W changed their reference from ref. ID 1:0:1 in 1:0:16 or 1:0:19.See here: https://forums.openp...ing-epg-france/

I changed the refs accordingly.  Now you are asking me to change it back.

I am not going to do this.  Unless you can give a very good reason.

Solution:

1.  Rescan 5W, to obtain the correct service refs in your receiver.

2.  Do not use the setting in EPGimport:  Import only EPG for channels in Bouquets.  Set this option to NO pls.

Import then again.

Willy

Quick and accurate as usual!

Just did as you suggested: everything is up and running again  :)

Sorry for disturbing you, but I didn't know about the changes...

Thanks very much!

Channels with a Namespace of DDE0000 I understand,

but what are channels with namespace FFCE0000?

These cannot be from a the 5W satellite.

Hi Willy,

Explanation is here:

http://radiovibratio...x/namespace.htm

I was not aware that we can use negative values in the namespace.

Regards,

Added.

But we can wait until somebody scans these with the normal Namespace and does not have EPG.

There you have it.

Where is that clever clog who named 5W in an unusual way, so it results in complete different service refs?

Lets hang him up side down from the highest telephone pole we can find.

What I did notice about weird namespaces was on 4W.

11175 H is very weak and I could scan it, when I changed the frequency to 11180 H no problem, but then the namespace was different.
So, this happens when you scan a frequency that is not defined in satellites.xml?
(By the way: I already compensated the frequency deviation of my LNB and this is the only extreme deviation I have).
