Hi, I am new in this forum, not a computer geek and using the CLOUD IBOX III for internet television since about a year. Got it in Greece but now moved to Spain and, of course, now we are in trouble.
About 1,5 weeks ago we lost all channels. After contacting our Greek provider of the box and the Openpli subscription we heard it was due to a worldwide failure. After waiting a couple of days, we have contacted him again since the box did not do anything.
It is 'on', but does not start the loop to load the channels, so we have the OpenPli picture. Contacted our provider again and ended up with him needing us to get a windows computer, after which he would guide us on what's ap through the whole thing to reload the box.
Problem 1, our house is full of Apple but no Windows computers (buying one for this is a bit overdone).
Problem 2, without he cannot help us, he says.
We are now looking for help! Either by someone that can lead us through the cycle to re-do the IBOX on an APPLE or someone that maybe can tell us if there is an Open Pli contact in the area of the Costa Blanca in Spain ( Benidorm), who can come over and do it for us.
After a week the picture gets boring and we sure hope someone can help us here.
