Hi pcd

I have installed Kodi lite on a vu solo 2 and openpli 6.1
My main problem is that for every plugin it takes ages to navigate it.
Is it the vu solo 2 too slow or could it be some other problem?

I have tested on dm500hd and dm820hd with official image. But you can try with openpli 6.0, may be ok.

Please look in Tips.  Also do not use thumbpic option.

Tried kodilite 4.0 on my Zgemma H5 with openPLI 6.0
It is so sloooooow! Useless.
Is more faster to download the movie on my PC and then transfer it on my decoder

Depends on the addon you are trying. Even on my slowest box - most are reasonably quick. Try some other addons.

Some addons like covenant, streamondemand check through a large number of internet sources and url resolvers. That makes them slow even on a pc Kodi. The trick is to find out the sources that work for you and delete the others.

I think there are some other problems.

Kodi is very slow also without plugins installed. And streamondemand is slow also after search is ended, when i try to start the found video

Sorry, I do not have your box to test.

Please try plugin.video.mobdro. Video play needs systemplugin serviceapp. Or Albanian plugin.video.filmi24 (video play needs openpli pairing). If these are also slow - there is something wrong with your image.

Also check in Config if the Thumbpic option is 'Yes'. If so select 'No'.
