Is there any driver update to be expected for the Xtrends?
I still have a Zgemma which I can use for this purpose. But this means unboxing it, updating and installing.
Which I rather not do.

I wouldn't hold your breath. We can't seem to persuade the new brand owners to do something, for any of the models.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Ate the sour grapes. Installed the ZGEMMA Star S.
Flashed it together with the backup of the ET6500 (user configs) and was back in business in 10 minutes.
No problem now with switching beween the online radio stations.
(But the ZGemma Star S is much slower as the ET-6500)
If course this does not solve the problem with the drivers for the Xtrend machines.
