Today ´ve seen that the uno 4k SE records a movie from Arte HD (Tranponder 11494) an Tuner A

 

At the moment I´ve only one cable to my SAT Antenna to select one of the four Band to receive signale (H/V, H/H, L/V, L/H) to with recording that movie only transponder an Horizontal Low are availabel. I´v configured my tuner B to connect with tuner A. I think that would be ok or?

 

 

That works or example with ZDF HD on Transponder 11362. The box receives ZDF HD with an other tuner (here C)

 

But if I would like to see Das Erste HD, which is on the same transponder as the recording movie on Arte HD (11494) then the box can´t receive the program directly and would like to use a fallbacktuner on my remote box.

 

The question is, why can´t the box receive  Das Erste HD directly with Tuner A, because the sender is on the same transponder as Arte HD. Or why don´t the box use an other free tuner to do that?

Now I´ve made a second test with recording Arte HD and now it works with watching Das Erste on the same tuner. I don´t now my it works now. Waiting now what is happend in the future

Especially for you I tested this and as you can see this works without a problem over here.
I really wouldn’t have a clue what goes wrong at your side.

A common trap is that a (same) service is broadcast on multiple transponders or even multiple positions. Please check you have the ones that are on the same transponder.
