The image works well. The plugin is not

Ok it's really hard for me to understand xz dreambox but even harder when I'm updating the plugin via my android 8 phone, Please replace these files:

with your original files in the plugin folder then remove the "plugin.pyo", Do a restart gui and test again please.

With dm7020hdV1 -> Making fullbackup and Flash it with PC, it works OK. But direct flash won't present the *.nfi file. Why, I don't know?

As I wrote before:

Restore for dreambox is not possible via plugin itself as you have to flash your backup via DMM's WebIF.

If there is a way simply I don't know about it.

OK. In the old times with gutemine dFlash direct flashing was OK and lately not anymore. Just for info.

sorry this is nonsense - if you use an unpatched and up-to-date nfiwrite 1.10 binary this works nicely - unless you own a clone.

 

But NO, you are NOT allowed to use it with Backup Suite.

If you use the latest dFlash 13.7 with all up-to-date binaries the answer for the old Dreamboxes using nfi images is ... yes

Everything else are just recommendations for clone owners which I will NOT comment.

 

dBackup doesn't use nfiwrite, as the latest boxes are not using nfi images anymore.

 

But yes dBackup is also able to flash the new boxes with xz images directly via my swaproot binary.

And NO, you are NOT allowed to use this one either for any Backup Suite(s)

Thanks for the info, I've tried it with the original image and it worked well. Just my dm920 motherboard is changed due to a hardware error. Therefore, I do not have much to try, because I was focused on the pursuit of this error.
