From the above, I can see why you do not have DTT (DVB-T) EPG
In the channels list we have this channel defined as:

1:0:1:218C:4:13E:EEEE0000:0:0:0:

You have: 1:0:1:218C:4:13E:EEEE0204:0:0:0:
The difference is the Namespace: EEEE0204 vs EEEE0000
Result no EPG import.
What can we do:
1. Try setting in the epgimport config the line: "Import only EPG for channels in bouquets" to NO (disable this feature)
If this helps - OK, done.
2. Try to find out why your receiver, makes these curious Namespaces (they are not normal). If you find the reason, correct that and you wil get EPG.
But, I have no idea where you have to look for this. (probably in the /etc/tuxbox/terrestrial.xml file)
Did you scan the terrestial channels yourself? Or did you get them from a supplied settinglist?
3. As a last resort we can make a special channels file for you, with your service refs.
I would not like to go this road, but it is a possibility
