Dimitrij: Thanks a lot, your answer was a huge help in my struggle...

Now,the most important question for me would be: Which values in proc/ files

would be responsible for delivering the tuner signal values to the infobar ( SNR AGC )?

This is not solved through telnet.

What is your receiver and what kind of tuner is the wrong data SNR?

I have Dreambox 8000HD and the tuner is BCM4501.

I am aware this is a driver issue,so what I am trying to achieve is to

change some value in tuner driver with telnet command.

Is it possible to do?

But then who is the one that can change the relavent value?

Is it  some OpenPLi programmer, someone from GitHub community,

the chipset producer or somebody else?
