Hi,

Which remote control are you using?  The one from the STB or the one from the TV?

In menu have you tried to set:  Use TV remote control  to No

I never had very good experience using the TV remote to control my STB over HDMI-CEC, so I prefer to use the STB remote control.

Hi,

From my own experience using the TV remote to control a STB never works properly, code are different since every TV manufacturers implement it on its own way and give it them a specific name, using the TV remote control to control HDMI connected device only works if you stay on the same brand. Mixing brand usually don't work as expected.
