I assume it can't handle the very low symbol rate?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

If that is the problem (I don't know, don't have that box, and can't receive those orbitals) ask VU+ to create a driver which can, or, if it is hardware related, to create a tuner which can?

Tuner hardware and software (drivers) determine what you can and can't receive. Both are outside our control, only VU+ can address this issue.

That's why you always need to check full compatibility with your own demands BEFORE you buy a device. After you bought it, the manufacturer might be "less interested".
Anyway, no use to shout at us, we have no involvement with this in any way. We can not fix this sort of problems, even if we'd want to.
