These are test versions without online feeds so don't expect much as it's just for test!

develop branch (pyro) so you could say Open PLi 6.x with latest enigma2 and gstreamer.

dm500hd : Image is too large error, Needs to be fixed ...

dm800 : Image is too large error, Needs to be fixed ...

dm800se : Image is too large error, Needs to be fixed ...

I did compile these images using https://github.com/DMM-PLi/meta-dream

:)

Thanks for the compiles.

Tried to flash the dm520 image for my dm525 (basically is the same as dm520) gives a boot image too big fatal error.

Just for info, that without online feed you can't install backupsuite, because it needs additional files to be installed:

root@dm7020hd:/var/volatile/tmp# opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-backupsuite_24+git338+26f9ccf-r0_mips32el.ipk
Collected errors:
 * calculate_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for enigma2-plugin-extensions-backupsuite:
 *      dreambox-buildimage *   mtd-utils-jffs2 *       mtd-utils-ubifs *
 * opkg_solver_install: Cannot install package enigma2-plugin-extensions-backupsuite.
root@dm7020hd:/var/volatile/tmp#

So you can test the images, but not the backupsuite.

sorry but for backup of the armboxes you will NOT need any mtd utils ... even the dm52x who have nand flash with ubifs are using the tar.gz or tar.xz Images same as 820/7080.

Then the dependencies for these boxes are ... simply wrong ...

There are some people like me called helpers, I don't even own any kind of enigma2 STB but still I try to help to bring joy or make people happy and there are some people like you that disgust me like hell.

We know you are the better on, Your tools are better and we can't use them in our sources because you're still too stupid to understand that we don't support clones and simply we don't care as we're not earning any money even from originals.

BTW these dependencies are for all models not just dm52x: https://github.com/D...psuite.bbappend

If you want to help do something for once in your life and start contributing on github or just shutup about it because you make some people sick.

Thank you persianpro's and beeker of course :)

My apologies for not keeping up lately (my mailbox has been flooded though with messages from github :P )

I've built the missing images:

dm800: https://mega.nz/#!Hl...ACd7pWJWjtxmKI4

dm800se: https://mega.nz/#!6h...iV3q9Kmqp-l32Ss

dm500hd: https://mega.nz/#!fw...gNCCPmZOYydcQ7U

There's no feed (as I don't have a public feed server).

So at least oscam has been included.

They'e been built using my own pli-oe-core with meta-dream rev: https://github.com/D...ac378769d6f4910

(so before wifi got stripped)

For the space issues, perhaps this is the big saver: https://github.com/M...er_2.%.bbappend

I've had did in my pli-oe-core because I don't want cpp in my other (non-Dreambox) images as well.

Please try vanilla openpli-oe-core with meta-dream and the above bbappend to see if it makes a difference.

Great job! :)

Apperently there's nothing wrong with the image, it's just

-reboot or

-Flash twice or

-Flash DreamOS first, if you come from e.g. OpenATV or.

-Something with recovery.
