I can understand that you changed password? Whether you did after restart to box? Also after installing oscam, the restart to box is needful! You must get oscam folder permissions set as root.
Take a look also here:

Thanks for the screen shots.

If there is an enigma issue, issue the following commands using Putty or similar program, it should show the problem for you.

init 4
then
ENIGMA_DEBUG_LVL=4 /usr/bin/enigma2

Where do we change the background message about "not genuine" to "not official"

Can we pre-install packages? This could negate the need to have feeds.

You can pre-install anything you want just create a "openpli-enigma2-image.bbappend" file like https://github.com/P...-image.bbappend and use
IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " \
	your-desired-package-name \
	"
;)

Which location would I put the "openpli-enigma2-image.bbappend" file in the build environment please?

Thanks in advance

Good luck :)

You need to update your local clone, we don't use the oscam patch anymore...

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

Before starting compilation, I updated (by running command pli-extras/update.sh).

Managed to bypass this error by deleting line 30 "enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam-emu \"  in "openpli-enigma2-image.bbappend" file at pli-extras/recipes-openpli/images/.
