Gave DM 900 to a friend, will try it.

First of all thank you very much for your valuable work.

I test the image on WP2, my first impressions are very positive.

Scan: OK.
Resolution 4K: OK.
Remote Control functions: OK.
SD, HD and 4K Channels: OK.
Image Quality: It's fine with me.

But there was no Internet connection and I think that IPTV did not work.

Note: If you do not hear sound on the 4K channel, change the sound system on the Android system. Sound will come.

Finally, I strongly recommend this work to the Mecool K1 Pro.

lan connection working fine but i did not check wifi..u must be pointing wifi issue?

hello I wanted to know if on wp2 the bugs are ac3 and 4k on the ATV 6.1 and if it works kodi and epgimport, because on the openpli does not install epgimport.

Switch to Android system > Go to Audio Settings > Switch the audio source from Analog to HDMI > and switch to Enigma2.

 

There is a network connection but it does not go to the Internet or connect to the Internet.

Kodi add not hard to me. But I have no time. May be later try add. WeTek not update meta and no support wp2 enigma from one year. Amlogic company not support enigma kernel and any dev want to help in here

Please try to make meta layer for at least K I Pro, K II Pro and KIII Pro.

Hi! How to properly configure openpli metas for building an image for 800se for 2.6.18 drivers/kernel?

 

Tried to set PREFERRED_VERSION_linux-dreambox = "2.6.18"

 

but when trying to compile it says:

 

ERROR: Multiple versions of linux-dreambox are due to be built 

(/root/openpli-oe-core/pli-extras/meta-dream/recipes-bsp/linux/linux-dreambox_2.6.18.bb 

 /root/openpli-oe-core/pli-extras/meta-dream/recipes-bsp/linux/linux-dreambox_3.2.bb). 

 Only one version of a given PN should be built in any given build. 

You likely need to set PREFERRED_VERSION_linux-dreambox to select the correct version or don't depend on multiple versions.

Update: edited /root/openpli-oe-core/pli-extras/meta-dream/recipes-bsp/linux/linux-dreambox_2.6.18.bb - included dm800se as compatible and edited  /root/openpli-oe-core/pli-extras/meta-dream/recipes-bsp/linux/linux-dreambox_3.2.bb - ecxluded dm800se as compatible and now got:

Please test FTP on dm900
Instead of new flash, user can try this:

init 4
opkg update && opkg upgrade
opkg install vsftp --force-reinstall
reboot && exit

No need for this for users with working FTP
Server has vsftp with more patches and init files.
Freon, what you say? If it now works, you have to thank Beeker. 

Also new things are coming....soon.

The image is almost perfect, SSH is workable. Display is the bigest problem.
