I can confirm that it's working also on rp1!! However, neither I am able to see any channel, just black screen.

I don't know if there is a problem with my setup, but I just have black screen when I start my device. I have to restart Enigma2 using the webif to see something on screen

 

Hello,I think it is normal we are not able to see any channel, maybe need a software transcoder for video/audio flow originating from dvb, (for example PC version of enigma2 use Xine to do this), maybe Persian Prince or someone from kodi/libreelec/openelec/osmc team can help us  !!!

 

About the black screen at start, a power-off/reboot, sometimes solved the problem  , but not always!!

I have no idea how to use these images as I'm not a SH4 owner, if there is a special way like spark boxes you need to point me to the right sources otherwise I can't help you.

I wrote spark and spark7162 by mistake as I copied the list from our README.md, I don't work on that problem I think you need to ask other sh4 developers via https://github.com/P...tras/issues/new

The pti.ko should work.
It will be extra patched in the driver for Oscam and has different size after build than without patch.
If it was not a patched version, then you would not be able to set up Softcam.
But you can try a differently built pti.ko. Simply swap locally for another image.

It seemed to get an image from the coded channels, replaced two files.

lib\modules\2.6.32.71_stm24_0217\extra\pti\pti.ko

I ve replaced this two files but 90% hd channels crashes the image...


Oscam worked but it crashes after couple seconds....

Any idea what to do?!

about sh4 boxes the most of themes are with only 32mbytes of memoire flash and openpli images need more than 50mbyte

i think the only way for these stbs is external images (multiboot)

Yes we need to use enigma2 with usb not in the flash, can someone boot tar.gz images this way? I can share tar.gz images ...

With flashexpander and swap on two partiotions fat32 and ext3 this image works good on amiko 7111 iptvplayer example works perfekt.

Sd channels are ok and some fta hd but mostly crashes image...

Dont know what to do....

You need to test the octagon1008 image not spark, give me some time as I'm compiling a new image (From scratch) then I give you the tar.gz image

 

Could "Maxiboot Installer" do this for all sh4 models?

I just made it possible to compile the 2.6.32.71-0217 kernel and drivers for almost all sh4 models but my goal is not to flash the compiled images as the internal flash couldn't handle them, I guess you know it too ...

 

We need to boot tar.gz images from USB, I think there is no other way ...

As kookesam says, for HS7119 the file should be "root.img" in order the box to be able to boot from the USB flashdrive. The "e2jffs2.img" is actually for spark.

 

If we want to run the image from HS7119 internal flash, the files are like this:
