I think you need to compile for alien5 first and test it, If the problem is in alien5 so we need to change some other parts.

New test image for k1pro (Sources are public now and you can compile it yourself): http://www.mediafire...sdcard.zip/file

This version includes enigma2/openwebif changes for alien5/k1pro remote.

Box booted but without display output.

After reinserting the HDMI cable in the box, it show black screen. No boot image, no initial setup screen.

Network connected, can access the filesystem through FTP. WebIF not connecting.

Log already posted by "ftp21_".

Same result with latest test image too.

I have compiled for Alien5. It booted and shown display straightway without any need to reinsert HDMI cable. But display is blown out of proportion, almost 60% is in the display and rest is out of display. WebIF working, FTP working.

Display oversize issue is due to the skin. When I switched to PLi HD skin (not Full HD), the display was OK.

@Persian Prince

I have compiled the image again myself but it also did not boot (actually did not give display).

Then, I removed the HDMI cable from the box and inserted again and I got the display of initial setup screen, so the problem is not with booting but with display.

And the resolution is not OK, it is blown out of proportion (only a part of screen is visible on all resolution settings). But through WebIF it is OK.

Remote is working OK.

I am attaching dmesg log for you to please check, where is the problem?

I also had the same situation with the first sdcard image, however later images inspite of unplugging hdmi cable don't bring up the screen. Seems @Persian Prince has already deleted the firs image. Someone reshare it or @engineerkhan share your compiled image for testing and feedback.

Thanks for your time, so meta-amlogic is ok now and it builds just fine but dvb support (avl patch) is not ok.

Tomorrow I will share 3 more test images:

1- without avl patch
2- with avl patch but different k1pro.dts
3- with avl patch but different kernel config

At least now we can add more models based on what we have in meta-amlogic but not just me, please contribute and share the needed sources with me so I can do things faster.

For example k2pro, what we know about it?

DVB support is not ready yet as the avl patch is not 100% compatible with alien5 kernel so wait as I need more time and more help.

Do Persianpros have k1 pro?
May be usb tuner work but if e2procfs support

I don't have any enigma2 STB and that's the reason I can't test anything, I'm just a developer not a satellite fan ;)

Here is the second test image for k1pro (sources are not public yet so you can't compile this version yourself): http://www.mediafire...sdcard.zip/file

- DVB support (avl6211), test and report please ...

- New kernel configuration with correct dvb support

- New "k1pro.dts" file with dvb support

If I have to change anything else in "k1pro.dts" (For example audio) please let me know as it has only the dvb changes nothing more and please point me to the right configuration if I have to change something else :)

This is the log:

pastebin is not available in my country what a shame.

Thanks, this image now boots on KI pro. Well suprise suprise the same sdcard also boots ok on FREESAT GTC of course subject to the same limitations. For the tuner i dont hope for it to work since i belive its not AVL based.

I guess it means it could boot on any S905D based device. I will later during the week try the image on KII pro S905.
