I have no problems with the signal of the parable which is excellent,

I have this problem when i start a recording on a bouquet for example Rai television and after starting the recording if i change channels on a bouquet for example RSI or another bouquet the channels are not seen and i get the message tuning failed.

Did you use a loop through cable from output tuner A to input Tuner B? The tuners don´t have an internal connection

Tuner B is also configured for unicable with a different SCR?

... but unless I am missing something, you only have 1 path, so can only watch or record ... not both, unless on same transponder

The Tuner B is configured equal to tuner A,

the antenna cable is connected to a switch with 4 outputs but i only have a connected cable that comes down to the decoder.,

I tried to change the scr 1/2/3/4 but it does not resolve, I also tried to connect the antenna cable to the tuner B of the decoder but the problem remains

You need tuner A & B with different scr's

If you use in the setup: Tuner B equal Tuner A then you need to have 2 cables connected one for each tuner.

This setup means: I have 1 dedicated cable per tuner but both tuner have exactly the same settings.

If you have only 1 cable then you need to use the Tuner B loop through Tuner A and connect the external loopback cable from Tuner A Out to Tuner B in (the loopback cable was provided with the ET-9200).

Yes but even by placing the cable loopback, if the setup is equal to and not loopthrough it won't work.

guys, a big thanks to @Pr2, with this solution I no longer have the problem, I just tried and now i can watch a program on a bouquet and record another program on a different bouquet.

I added this cable as suggested by Pr2

https://imgur.com/a/Of1TO

and i set the tuner b in loop through and now is all ok, work perfect. :)
