Looks like that then the CCcam encryption layer is broken,

Some more info after testing:

 

Refuses tot connect to all CCcam versions higher than version 2.011.

The identification of this CCcam version is done wrong.

 

It identifies itself as 2.3.1-9d508a. Normally it should identify itself as 2.3.1-1234  > so four decimal numbers after the -

 

Maybe this is the problem why other CCcam servers give a 'version corrupted' error ?

It identifies itself as 2.3.1-9d508a. Normally it should identify itself as 2.3.1-1234  > so four decimal numbers after the -
 
Maybe this is the problem why other CCcam servers give a 'version corrupted' error ?


"9d508a" means a git hash and I think it's a OSCam with some name changes to CCCam, Also they're compiling it with

PV = "2.3.1-${SRCPV}" in their bitbake recipe

If so, then we would finally have an Oscam which is as simpel to configure as CCcam... :D :D :D

 

Small test: it works (part of) in my DM8000 but with a lot of flaws. Ziggo card not opening several channels etc.So, currently unusable :(

That may as well mean they are clueless as well...


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
