I build openpli-develop.All the video files are played by the video player.After installing the serviceapp (the master or develop branch is selected) the video files avi, mp4, flv are not played, play only ts.If you select the file,press menu,choos exteplayer3 or gstplayer all file is playing. And after rebooting gui, an error occurred.

Do you build the serviceapp with all of his depencies after the OE update?
Looks like you have enigma2 from one OE version but a serviceapp from another.

I think that also ..

He use serviceapp from another image not compatible with enigma2 in his images use .

This is file from attach download extract it and then send to

/openpli-oe-core/meta-openpli/recipes-openpli/images

Then build image again ..

You will find enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-serviceapp plugin in your new build image and gstplayer is default player

If you just want enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-serviceapp plugin without gstplayer use Only serviceapp.zip file

You have got same error ...

Than you have some thing wrong in your recipes..

Or try to remove tmp folder from /openpli-oe-core/build and compile your image again ...

Are you replacing "system" player with serviceapp?

Becase now that ServiceMP3 is loaded as a module and ServiceApp is a module too, there is a racing for "replacing" 4097 with them self.

So if ServiceApp is loaded before ServiceMP3 or vice versa strange things can happen ...

PS. Try 5002 or 5001 services without replacing the default player.

Workaround until community fixes the racing.

1. Add /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/ServiceMP3/plugin.py like this:

from Plugins.Plugin import PluginDescriptor

print "[ServiceMP3] importing...."
import servicemp3

def autostart(reason, **kwargs):
        print "[ServiceMP3] autostart...."
        import servicemp3

def Plugins(**kwargs):
        return [
                PluginDescriptor(where = PluginDescriptor.WHERE_AUTOSTART, needsRestart = True, fnc = autostart)
        ]
2. mv /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/ServiceApp /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/ServiceMP4

3. reboot.

Now replace should work.

Here it worked, changing the order, made servicemp3 load first and then serviceapp replace it.

I guess you need to put some debug messages in serviceapp, to understand what is going on.

Replacing the 4097 is tricky now that is loadable module.

The acceleration (accel failed) messages not related with servicemp3.

I think is related with writing stuff to proprietary bcm framebuffer.
