I think now the reason is known it will also be fixed in rc 6.2 soon. So I don't think you need the test build and can just install the plugin in a few days.

I've committed the fix to the RC branch.
Problem was that the current state of meta-qt5 isn't compatible with Morty anymore, I have have reverted it to the same version as is used in 6.1-release.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I get the same error again (reflashed yesterday after the test to current rc). When updating it says also qtsensors but the qtsensors ipk is still 1 kb

You need to flash today's rc, as qt5 has been reverted back in time, opkg can't downgrade.

I was also thinking that so after it didn't work I did a flash with today's build, but the problem persists. I did however use autobackup/autorestore, could this be the problem?

Looks like the buildserver has the same problem, as in bitbake not rebuilding packages because 5.8.0 is newer than 5.2.1.
I'll try a clean of qtwebkit and see if that forces a rebuild.

There is a new HD51 rc build ready, it looks cleaning has fixed the problem.

Just flashed to 6.2 Release, but unfortunately the problem is back. After install with autorestore (including addons)
opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-qthbbtv

And finally

Should be fixed now. You have to remove the plugin and the qtwebkit package locally before performing an update.
