Sorry, I understand you, but until solve and discovery a kind of device and other this, was needed to post these informations...and now I don't have way to edit/delete previous posts..

This last information about ISBD-T here in Brazil I found reading Brazilian foruns, and it's only way to understand better this format is here, testing and posting pictures, common tests, then I see all the tests with a different  kind of receivers, devices and images (azbox, dreambox, etc) including configurations, like terrestrial.xml. The last pictures sow DVB-T but is ISDB-T only working fine.

Maybe this information help south america users, not only Brazil have ISDB-T.

After tests, found channels, but grey color and tuner unavailable...

Some friends tell me about this problem, including all USB ISDB-T devices and enigma2... they tell me that this problem is only after OE 2.0 update. All images OE 1.6 work fine these channels with a lot of receivers and usb tuners. After update OE 2.0, stop working. Sometimes appear channel and tuner unavailable but show channels (grey color).

Maybe kernel update?

Tests with openATV: no tuner fail and working fine... I don't know why OpenPli appear tuner unavailable, using same command line to install, drivers, channel lists, etc (found all channels, but appear grey for all channels after scan).

You cannot compare OpenATV and OpenPLi, OpenATV include lots of drivers by default so the tuner are plug-n-play while OpenPLi include no driver so you need to install the driver specific to the hardware that you connect.

So this makes a big difference that explain why it works in OpenATV and not in OpenPLi, once you will really find the drivers used by your tuner it will also works in OpenPLi or ISBD-T needs some specific code changes that are not in OpenPLi.

Problem is that we cannot test it here in Europe where the standard is DVB-T.

After several tests I managed to run ISDB-T on Octagon SF 8008 using Mygica S270, using OpenSpa 8.
I tested it on several images without success, I did the search, the channels appeared but no image.
At OpenSpa I did the search, the channels always appeared without a picture, the tuner that always appeared active was B (DVB-native) and not Mygica.
So I decided to leave the 2 tuners A and B inactive and the C ended up working with My Gica.
After tuning I reactivated the Tuner A (antenna) and it works continuously, however restarting it hangs and it is necessary to turn it off and on to normalize, this is the only inconvenience.
OpenSpa recognizes the ISDB-T Tuner and gives the option to install the driver or if not just go plugins and install the Siano driver manually.
