Hi Will, I have no EPG for an IPTV channel "TV Vendée" that you can find on internet ( https://tvvendee.fr/le-direct/ ), it's in your database but EPG is empty.. Thanks

Hello, I have an issue on my Vu Ultimo 4K - the imports stopped working a couple of weeks ago, I read about replacing the rytec.sources.xml file, but I am still getting the same errors:
Any idea what might cause this behaviour?

First:
[EPGImport] connectionLost [Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): <class 'twisted.internet.error.ConnectionFdescWentAway'>: Uh: Filedescriptor went away.
This is an indication, you have a problem with your internet connection.
Second: Checked both the servers you downloaded from. The files on these servers are up-to-date.
This cannot be the problem.
Third: The entry: Unknown channel: France3Picardie.fr
Just means that there are EPG entries under the name France3Picardie.fr in the XMLTV file, but no channels are linked to this EPG (in the channels file) can be found on your receiver (or are in a bouquet on your receiver, depending if you selected to import only EPG for channels in a bouquet)
But you have here 67 unknown channels and in the TNT file there are only 69 channels. Thus basically all channels are unknown.
At the moment, I do not know what the problem is, except you seem to have an internet problem.
But then why does it download the channels file and the TNT XMLTV file?
BTW: To check the import. I checked my own system and it imports the TNT file without a problem. (At least all the regional France3 channels have EPG)
You can try to give your system a good kick. Meaning, powering it down. Switch off the power. Wait 5 minutes, switch on the receiver and import again.

I see the extra line in my log: checkValidServer serverurl
It is not mentioned in your log. Indicating you may need an update of the EPGimport plug-in.
Try de-installing it, and re-installing from the feed.

Do you have another executable that I can download from elsewhere for my box architecture?
The feed only has a version from 2017....

Which image do you use?
Because EPGimport is updated on OpenPLi and OE-Alliance. OE-Alliance is being used by all other Open Images.
I am sorry you have a 4K model (and probably a ARM processor) . I have only mipsel files.

VTI is a closed image. Nothing much we can do about.
