remote timers niet zichtbaar in EPG

pasquenel's Photo pasquenel 12 May 2018

Box-1 was toen VU+duo2

Box-2 was toen DM8000

It is possible in Partnerbox still..(see grab - PLiFullHD skin)

You must enable "Enable Partnerbox-Function in EPGList" (and restart GUI always, if is changed this option)

Do not forget, that it works for first partnerbox in partnerboxs list only, because under python this function "little" slows down the job in the epg list. Due It I do not using it.

(Under E1 I had created displaying 6 partnerboxes icons, because there it was whole in CPP)

And in gmepg?,
And ugly a e2 restart is required to ‘resteal’ functions... without warning...
But soon this is available for the fallback tuner box... and hopefully that does not break partnerbox...as stealing functions plugins have high risk

Still it will be slow down work with EPG... no matter if it will be under Partnerbox or under Fallback ...

After reading the replies, I'm almost sure that the visibility of the remote timers in the epg was related to the selected skin.

I don't know anymore which skin I selected :-(

All this was working well in pli4.x

I've tested a few things today after reading the comments of ims.

Test-1

  I planned a timer in box-1.

In box-2 the timer is not visible in the zender EPG

The timer is visible when using the blue button and then select "Partnerbox: RemoteTimer"

Conclusion as of now :

- The timer config is not fully transparant for the 2 boxes

- In openpli 4.x it was working well when using a certain skin (which I unfortunately don't know anymore ...)

As You can see, it works under 6.x well

For 2 boxes is not any problem - 2nd box is always as 1st partner box... Works all in Channel EPG - add remote timer, see icons for remote timer. edit remote timer, remove remote timer... Of course - timers are not visible under local Timers (it was never ... slow down again ...) - for it is used Partnerbox:Timer under Blue, f.eg...

Repeated timers do not work in partnerbox as far I can see... and here I do not experience any real noticeable slow down with gmepg and timerlist....

.... and here I do not experience any real noticeable slow down with gmepg and timerlist....

That will very much depend on the box in use and the number of (remote) timers.
