Moet je die ook soms uitvoeren of hoe zit dat?

Vermoedelijk bedoelt hij het online image flashen gedeelte. Hier kun je een image naar keuze flashen zonder dat je een usb stick nodig hebt.

Ik denk dat hij de ‘gewone’ software update bedoelt.
Die is er om tussentijdse aanpassingen/verbeteringen op je box te kunnen binnenhalen.

Misschien bedoelt hij de Kernel versie (bij mij is die bv. 4.10.6

Die staat nergens in een app menu vermeld, die vind je alleen onder boxinfo.

Volgens mij bedoelt hij onder de plugins downloads daar staat een plugin bij met firmware upgrate
