format vu + solo 2 i would update but just then i got power outage
and now it can not format with usb it starts like all the way up how can i do then ??

The USB stick is read by the bootloader, and that is never overwriiten when you flash. So a power outage should not have any effect on the ability to flash a box.
Check the USB stick (it might have a damaged filesystem), format it FAT and unpack the zip again, and make sure there are no other USB devices connected to the box.
And make sure it is not a clone box, OpenPLi doesn't install on clones, if you try to you may brick it.

thank you very much there was something wrong with the file downloading it again so it worked
