Changing lamedb file won't help. Lamedb file is not used during scanning. The problem must be signal lock related.

Maybe you can compare logs between the images during the scanning?

I ask for both lamedb to have the list of missing services/TPs to get an indication on which quadrants are missing.

@leon100

The full access path for lamedb is:

/etc/enigma2/lamedb

So please if you can provide 2 lamedb one with all the channels and the other one scanned from tuner B we can find what are the missing channels.

Thanks for the lamedbs, the analysis was interesting here is a small summary of the findings:

  • Some TPs are missing (45% of the TPs are missing)
  • Some frequencies are slightly different between tuner A and tuner B not all
  • For the same TP, the FEC is different between tuner A and tuner B (in some case this error is immediately followed by missing TPs)

Note that not all tuners support "auto" settings, so that might be an issue here as well.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I don't think that on your side you can do anything. You have done all the test and gives us the requested informations.

The bug report has been created:

I have a new one Zgemma H5.2S+ .  I'd really like to be sure, are the H5.2S images (without plus) correct for this type too or not?  Thank you!

Hi,

Can somebody give a feedback on this issue?

Does Zgemma/Air Digital fix it in latest driver releases?

Thanks,

Pr2
