VU+DUO 6.2 crashing

Hi,

 

My box sometimes keeps restarting randomly. Please help.

Chances are you're having a power supply problem. There is a thread about it in the dutch section (https://forums.openp...lles-over-c807/).


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I think its the image as other users on forum r having same issues. A few users r saying the same update 6.2 crashes.

It usually happens when watching recorded shows so cant be power supply.

Recorded movies = harddisk on = powersupply more loaded ... maybe???

Alternatively it's because the flash is out of disk space after the mass upgrade from 6.1 to 6.2. The VU+ Duo is an old box with only 128MB of flash space. If you think it is the image, plug a USB stick in, and flash 6.2 again from the menu, with a backup.
