Hello again to this great team!!!

i have zgemma H7S(si2169d) and edision os mini(montage)

i have them in same motor same dish same cables with splitter 2 port ( if the one is on the other is off)

my question is:

in the same channel edision says 98% signal and Zgemma 79%

I can see tha Zgemma has lower signals.

Why is that?

Thank you very much!!

i forgot i have inverto black single ultra high gain lnb.

Sigh..... An STB is NOT a measuring device. You will always see differences when using different STB's. Even between STB's of same brand and type. Some tuners are simply more sensitive than others...
Met één been in het graf..... Helaas

That's because people have to learn not to rely on nonsensical percentages to measure or compare the signal.
Change the snr to db in both receivers and then compare them!

Even then it is far from reliable.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

Granted, but we don't have to generalize! It's all a matter of hardware and drivers. I once compared my OSmini's BCM73xx tuner to a promax analyzer and I was blown away at the accuracy! In any case snr in db is always better than percentages!
