epgcache update

hi everyone, i'm just new in this forum .. i'm wonder if i can make an update for epgcache = eEPGCache.getInstance()  every x minutes  to reload new program as some channels only give 2 events ....  it's possible touse  reload () or thread () function or time.sleep()...????

If you only see two events, there is no EPG at all, there is only EIT now/next. If you want to keep that up, you need to refresh with a very short interval, and basically give up a tuner to do so.

 

You can use the EPG refresh plugin, no need for custom development.


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

i already test it but no result ,, my problem is this topic  https://github.com/P...22aea887753fe36  .. but  i don't know how to build an image and i never use Linux or ubuntu so i'm search for another way to make it with Python
