What test did you do ?

I found out that setting this option to YES as no effect upon manual restart (reboot) and wake up timers, but it does work when starting the STB manually (PLI 6.2 + DUO²).

VU+ DUO²  - OpenPLI 7.3 8.1 back to 7.3 for now.

On startup to standby is good, if f.eg. autotimer or epgrefresh sometimes crashed and restarting gui and you want not to have turned TV at 04:00, f.eg. Then box goes to stanby after restart. Similar it should be for wake-up from deepstandy.

not exactly, I think so. I dont want to wake up, just stay on standby when the stb starts. I am sorry if I dont understand it. sometime ago I had the folder plugin to add to the plugin extensions folder... and it works.. I think so...
I understand the wake up from deepstandby keep relation with startup2standby, isnt it?

You are not waking up the box from deep standby?

If you refer to the box starting into standby (for exemple after a power outage) this option has always worked fine on all my STBs.

on my vu+ zero 4k and formuler1 doesnt work changing to yes on custom settings menu of startup to standby. I've solved it installing the plugin arm and mips32el on both stb. I dont know why my stb's dont get this setting

You perhaps have a plugin installed that interfered with this function.

Use plugin Advanced StartupToStandby in feed or standard option Startup To Standby.

Have you seen that this is standard in OpenPLi?

Menu - Setup - System - Customize - Startup to Standby

Attached File  StartupToStandby.png   54.24KB   19 downloads

My previous answers refer to this option which is working fine (except when the box came from deep-standby).

Yes I activated this option to yes. And I made a test, restarting the box by menu reboot to see if the box goes to standby when it restarted, but the box starts normally, dont goes to standby. Well, no problem for me now, the full plugin does the function, but I dont understand why is not working the standard option on openpli on my stb's.
