Hi,

I used to use VU+ DUO and i never had distorted pixels on free-view satellite channels freezing. But now i have solo 2 box with openpli image its showing it sometimes. Not sure why as free satellite channels should never do this unless there is heavy rain coming on the dish. Please help?

Thanks

Hi,

Tuners are different between models so this can affect sensitivity.
I would advice that you adjust your antenna pointing.

Then you adjusted your dished the wrong way around  :D

Do you actually know how to do that? Otherwise it may be better to have someone do it that knows how?
