Latest 4.0? Or latest 6.2? Any specific channel on 19.2 (the only one from your list I can receive)?

How is the box connected, and to what? No problem with AC3 channels? Even if you have enabled downmix?

And what did you do today? Because things don't stop working out of themselfs? And do you have a 19.2 channel as an example so other Duo2 users can check?

Interesting, as nothing really changes in 6.2, apart from a few bugfixes. Can you remember when your previous update was?

Enigma only had 1 hotfix in that period (for a subtitle issue) and an NL language update. OE didn't have any update. So that makes a software issue unlikely.

But the image of the 27th is still online, so it's easy to check by flashing that, without restoring a backup (as that would immediately update the image again).

Mayby low volume while you forward the volume buttons via hdmi-cec to your tv.... press yellow (audio channel selection screen) and then bouquet+ , b+ or ch+. Note that pcm volume can be changed by the box and ac3 (without downmix) not.

Thank you for your help, it worked, as you said, i just needed to use the box remote and it worked fine, i try with the TV remote and that was the issue.

Thanks again for your help.
