Disable that HDMI-CEC feature in the configuration?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Yes I know about setting in webif configuration but I need "auto" script\command something similar like "address_tuner/web/powerstate?newstate=4"

In the HDMI-CEC settings you have an option to take care of the other HDMI-CEC devices connected to the same TV/Amplifier, have you tried enable it?

I wanna make script in home assistant software to turn off tuner but without turning off tv but I need all function in hdmi cec enabled to control all deviced from remote.
I Need something to bypass hdmi cec.

Disable the HDMI CEC on your STB setup, by default it is not activated so you probably activate it.
