Hi,

I would like to know how to descramble ip stream. I use Vu+ Solo4K with OpenPLi 4 (2018-01-16-release-4) with following setting:

Including EIT in http streams enabled,

Including AIT in http streams enabled,

Including ECM in http streams enabled,

Descramble outgoing http streams enabled,

Descramble incomming http streams enabled,

 

I use udpxy a successfully play all FTA=non scrambled udp streams as http://127.0.0.1:402.../239.x.x.x:1234

 

But I need to play scrambled streams! I have proper smartcard in card reader or in CAM. This smartcard is able to descramble the channel from SAT tuner but I´m not able to descramble the same channel that is transparently converted from SAT to IP stream.

 

I tried to find some information but no success. Somebody is talking about driver update, somebody is talking that some receivers are not able to descramble ip stream.

If you using paired  card with Ci module  you wont be able  to descramble on streams.

 

If it is  just a card   u need  use   oscam  software  first    do  descramble   your card  if possible

If you change the first number in the serviceref from 1 to 257 (add 256), the stream will be run through the descrambler. But beware, this may not work on all models and if the stream is of "4096" type (or higher), it also won't work.

I don´t use paired card with CAM.

I use oscam and CAM but no success.

I tried to change the serviceref from 1 to 257 but still doesn´t help.

Check the logging of your softcam. I may be that the ECMs cannot be resolved by the card (incorrect system/CA, unsubscribed service, etc) Or your STB can't pass a stream through the descrambler, that is also very well possible.
