Forget it, I think the problem is that there is nothing in the build that generates the minified js files, so you can change the source all you want, without any effect... :(

Good. Thanks for confirming it.

Fixed in https://github.com/E...8e9d2f0acfa8ce9. Todays RC build has already started, so this will be for tommorows build.

I think that you need to change also the js version to have it updated.

The js source is in the sourcefiles directory, the runtime version is a minified js file in /plugin/public. I changed the first, but forgot the second. Which is what I corrected in this commit.

I´ve tested the openwebif build from the feed today and now it works with the correct filename creation

I´ve a question about the openwebif-vxg Plugin. What is the different to the version without vxg?

Afaik it is a chrome plugin that allows the stream to be embedded in the web page (like it worked our Enigma1 webif), instead of using an m3u8 file and an external viewer. Never used it through.

Yes it is but this openwebif-vxg version never worked properly on OpenPLi while it was working on other distro so OpenWebif guys never investigate why it was not working, stating that the problem is on the OpenPLi side.

The link displayed to download that VXG plugin leads to a 404 page. Can't really say OWIF is on top of things as well ;).

Also, if I go to https://www.videoexp...-chrome-plugin/ the plugin doesn't work, and as long as that is the case, it is a bit pointless to go any further.

If I go to the webstore and launch the app, it says "browser does not support NaCL or NaCL is disabled".

Googling that message leads me to https://chromium.goo...n-google-chrome which says it is a dev feature and should not be enabled normally?

Also interesting, on Wikipedia:

On October 12, 2016, a comment on the Chromium issue tracker indicated that Google's Pepper and Native Client teams had been destaffed.[8] On May 30, 2017, Google announced deprecation of PNaCl in favor of WebAssembly.[9]Although initially Google planned to remove PNaCl in first quarter of 2018,[9] the removal is currently planned in the second quarter of 2019 (except for Chrome Apps).[10]

which means this is soon to be obsolete anyway...

edit: ah, you mean

Adds Google Chrome support to OpenWebif's WebTV

no clue what that even does, but I guess yeah, pretty pointless...

Did you ever enable NaCL mode in your browser? Without it, it will never work, and it is disabled by default.

Hi,

I have UNO 4K and iOS app gives me error "Uno4K not supported", "VLC is unable to open the MRL [URL of the stream]". Port and IP is OK in that URL.

If I turn off transcoding in the iOS app, it works. Transcoding on PC works (VLC+WEB too).
