Then it has a non-supported chipset, and you're out of luck.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Or you simply need to install the required driver first...

At least you'll be able to see which drivers Blackhole uses.

lsmod should tell you.

telnet into the box, and type the command "lsmod". It shows you the kernel modules that are loaded, the wifi driver used should be in that list.

So it is a MediaTek mt7601u. Which was introduced in Linux kernel 4.10, and unfortunately the VU+ boxes run an old kernel.

I have been looking into driver backporting but that is very complex and high maintenance, so for the moment you can't use this stick with OpenPLi.

I know that, but you could have checked before you bought the device.

And unless you're a linux kernel driver backport specialist, it is not going to change soon...
