after update openpli 7.0 release 18-01-2019
Hey i did update today but I saw in menu applications dwonloads plugins no sofcams plugins for cccam ... oscam
after startup it was gone in menu

I can't read those thumbnails. But the softcams are in the same feed index as other plugins, so it is highly unlikely that some are not listed.
If you have restored a backup after flashing the new images, they may already been installed, and then you can't download them again.
