I made a big misstake when I used Dream Logo Manager and installed one of my favorite pictures as a startwieu om the screen. It has worked fine on other img. But now I can not install any new img on my box. I am now running OpenPLi 7.0 RC.

When "pressing" the power, and USB-memory is connecetd, I do not get any responce. The box only restarts.

I wonder where my installed photo is, so I could delitet it. Or is there any other possibility to install stable 7.0?

You have to be careful with that, if you overwrite the bootloader you've bricked the box.

Download the 7.0-release image (the rc is no longer supported and taken offline), unpack it on a FAT formatted USB stick, switch the box off, make sure all other USB devices are disconnected, plug in the stick, start the box, and follow the prompt. If the bootloader is undamaged you should be able to flash a new image.

Once flashing has started, you can connect the USB devices again that you unplugged.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I had an USB-memory connedted on the back side. After removing this, everything is working normally. Even with my favorite picture as startpicture. :)
