I don't see any significant decrease in performance on the H2. It has never been a very fast box. What exactly is (much) slower in your experience?

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

The only image and the 4 most powerful on these receivers become slow.

The slowliness depends on the brand of the cable tuner that is used inside the H2.

The first batches of H2 have a different brand of cable tuner inside (samsung or altobeam) and perform much faster.

This has been discussed/reported before in this forum (2016, dutch section). Should be something driver/software related, but there has never been any improvement.

When you had a H2 of the first batches, you could use the old OpenPLI software without support for the Sony tuner; it performed faster. But unfortunately this old software is unsupported nowadays.

Ah, yes, the problems with the Sony tuner, I remember. I think we've got one here, on the "does not work" shelf...
