Do those sound problems occur on encrypted channels using CCcam? That could explain the issue to some degree as certain CCcam versions did have this bug. Before only Meo was concerned but that was quite a few years ago.

“Their priorities“ are not mixed up - they make money by adding new “hot“ features like DVB-S2X“ - fixing costs them money.Interesting, I will also check. I am dissapointed with Vu+ and Duo4k. They are again very slow with fixing issues, also their priorities are messed up. They are rather adding new features (MIS in 45308X DVB-S2X for example) instead of fixing existing issues.
I have never noticed that „a customer issue“ is a „Vu+ issue ..... or priority“
The way you see it is not correct. The S2x tuners have been available for almost two years now and there was no MIS/PLS support for them. And that is exactly the added value to these tuners, because there are almost none "regular" S2x transponders. So I don't think it's "too soon" that this got fixed. Besides that, it seems that Broadcom, not VU+ has done the most work for this.

unfortunately AAC-HE audio on hotbird transponder 10775 H 29900 doesn't work on mu Vu+Duo4K with the latest original frimware and pli neither i think there must be driver issues

Here nothing, 10775@29900, horizontal, FEC 3/5 8PSK, even though I am well within the footprint area. Weird. I can receive adjacent transponders.

Signal is excelent here in Slovenia.
Other thing is, audio really doesnt work. I tested on some random channel. Also when zapping to channel without any problems audio is still not working!? Only full reboot fixes the problem.

Actually the recording files on my phone & laptop are ok and not silent but with the duo when playing it does get no sound
I have also sent the bug to vuplus and waiting 4 the answer

Than it sounds like a codec issue in combination with VU+ drivers.
