Hi,

how to hide Factory Reset, Flash Image and Software Update from Setup Menu - Like Hotel mode? This is best solution.

If set Parental Control PIN, cannot use different PIN for Screen Locks, am I right? Also it don't require PIN for Flash Image selection?

Thank you

You can set pin on menus

WaveFrontier 28.2E | 23.5E | 19.2E | 16E | 13E | 10/9E | 7E | 5E | 1W | 4/5W | 15W

You can set pin on menus

That's the question

If set Parental Control PIN, cannot use different PIN for Screen Locks, am I right? Also it don't require PIN for Flash Image selection?

How to set different PINs for screen locks and channels locks? and also get Flash Image selection behind PIN?

Do you have answer?

Thanks

Or, how to edit menu layout to totally hide Factory Reset, Flash Image and Software Update from Setup Menu - Like Hotel mode? This is best solution.

Thanks

did you see Parental controll yet ?!

There you can set controll for:

Setup

Factory setup

Software update

...

Kdo nic nedělá, nic nezkazí!

Found it!

usr/share/share/menu.xml

Change item weight="15" to item weight="0"

That hides those three menu selections.

Now I have own "Hotel. Mode", that's all I need

Thanks

from Screens.FactoryReset import FactoryReset
def msgClosed(ret):
if ret:
from os import system, _exit
system("rm -R /etc/enigma2")
_exit(0)
self.session.openWithCallback(msgClosed, FactoryReset)

<screen module="FlashImage" screen="SelectImage"/>

<screen module="SoftwareUpdate" screen="UpdatePlugin"/>

</menu>
