Connect to your box from your webbrowser and go into the grab screen function, select high definition, refresh the image, right click and save the image.
Then post it here to saw what the problem is.
I guess that your problem is coming from the encoding used to send the EPG from you cable provider.
Or you can decide to turn off the EIT EPG information and use only EPGImport with Rytec source.
