Hi,

Blacklisting is working fine, I also use it for years, you can either block 1 individual channel (service) or a full bouquet (favorite).

The blacklisted channels are still displayed in the channel list (I think that there is an option to decide to hide them in the menu).

But you don't have an option to review all the blacklisted channels/bouquets.

So once you add/remove channels from the bouquet it will be saved into the configuration file when you put the box into standby.

So if you power off your box without going first into standby then the list is not saved.

If you want to review the file it is:

/etc/enigma2/blacklist

As far I know the file is always written after a manipulation. But the code writing the blacklist file itself is still dmm’s spaghetti code... also here I can save 50+ lines of code while it is doing the same faster quicker and under controll... but when improving it, it will break plugins

I also have a problem. the blacklist is only saved when the enigma is restarted. otherwise not.

It works. I'd like to save it when the box goes into standby mode or when I add a channel to parental controls. The PIN need not be entered when added. when removed yes. it is a mistake ?

Sorry, we won’t change the logic of saving to a file anymore.
Now there is a manual option for you.
And so all the parental control services are stored in the Enigma2 RAM, including those just added.

Will autobackup solve it every day?

For save,if add new service, need "Reload blacklists" or restart GUI/goto deep standby.

Never used it, far too complicated. I just edit the oscam.dvbapi and set the I(gnore) flag for any unwanted channel...

OScam is a softcam. If you don't use OScam that option (for you) is void...
