Did you use some illegal IPTV provider that ask you to run a .sh file from the command line and that install automatically the channel list for you?

Those simply suppress all the favorites including blacklist then install a program on your box that automatically refresh silently the favorites but they delete all you existing setup.

So you will also lose also the blacklist definition everytime they run there update script.

I am using the Parental Control since many years and I can ensure you that it is working fine.

No,

I just want to add a bouquet in the blacklist file and for it to stay there after every morning refresh.

I have telnet innit 4 then updated black list file then innit 3.

see if this works

You can only lose parental blocking when you overwrite your blacklist while writing the settings..... this is what a settings editor might do.... but how can we verify what you experience. Please describe exactly what you do....

I use xtreme Editor for my bouquets, don't know if this is the issue?

I follow the sets to put bouquet into parental control.  & that works when I click on bouquet I have to enter pin to gain access but next day parental control has been removed from the bouquet.

This is the issue I have.  Bouquets refresh every morning

That is likely the issue when it overwrites the blacklist file or cannot handle bouquets in that file.

Dear,

I have also a problem with the parental control of channels. It does not matter if it is parental control of bouquet or it is a single chanel in any bouquet.

The problem, I found, has to do with the configuration option "preview channel with OK".

If this option is active the parental control does nog work in the preview or list mode.

If this option is disabled then the parental contol does work correctly.

So, it would be greate to fix this error, allowing entering parental control code in the preview mode of channel list by entering OK.

And you think that posting the same question three times will help? It will only annoy people...

You are wright!

What also annoy people is that the problem already 2 years is known but nobody fix it....

Unfortunatelly, a basic option would be simply possible to fix, but there is still no action from development team...

But it is on openpli 7.0 and we’re now on 8.0. is the issue also on 8? Maybe in between it is solved. 7.0 is ancient!

What a big patch to solve it :(

There were three problems here:

1)[Navigation]"preview channel with OK" need self.session

2)[Navigation] returned the wrong service reference for alternative service(currentlyPlayingServiceOrGroup)

3)[ParentalControl] for  alternatives services add alternative service as bouquet in favorite list
