I have a question about the driver of the FHD SKINS for the zgemma star h1, the box is full hd, but the skin is not, and I find that strange, the box has no driver for it, I hope someone can help us.

There is no relation between the resolution of the video and the resolution of the framebuffer, which holds the OSD overlay.
In the same way this box has HD video and an SD framebuffer, all 4K video boxes on the market today only have an HD framebuffer.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

If the memory for that is available, and the hardware would support that, and if zgemma is willing up create new drivers for it, then yes. But all very big if's...

I don't think Zgemma will make an update because they want to lose money. and because of that I thought you might be able to make a new bootloader with a new driver to help us. there are many old boxes that do support FHD OSD

Drivers are closed source, provided by the manufacturer. Only the manufacturer(s developers) can make updates to the drivers, they only have the source coode.
And both the source and the broadcom SDK are under heavy NDA's, not publicly available.

Same with the H2 i owned. No FHD skin. Something with not enough memory and frame buffer
