I have Foreca, and this works fine at moment
ET9200 openpli 6.2 ET4000 openpli 4 Solo2 openpli 7.2

I removed the entire folder and threw it from the backup again and it still does not work.

You have local DNS resolution problem (at least that's what the error message you post suggest).

Now it is possible that this service is no longer available or has changed the website or the API.
You should give a try to Foreca plugin.

This problem was the same here with me, but today everything is back to normal. I think a server error with MSN..
