Just used OpenPli 7.0 on my VU+ Zero. All went ok but just cannot install Mediaportal. I do it through ipk installer in Plugins but when I reboot I get "Extentions/MediaPortal(No Module Named Requests) and plugin not showing. Is there a plugin specific for Open Pli?

Try openpli 7.1 first

I doubt whether Mediaportal actually is present in our feed. In case you also downloaded the mediaportal and put in tmp this might work. But I’m not shure.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Strange thing. Using Ccam or Mgcamd and Softcam/constant cw keys I had Digea from3.1E. After installation of Mediaportal not working any more in either softcam. Conflict? Had same problem in OpenAtv so switched to OpenPli but same again

Why bother? You obviously use illegal means to view that channel. No guarantees. Don't bother the OpenPli team as it has nothing to do with their firmware!

Mediaportal has a dependency with a few python packages, but the control file in the ipk doesn't list those. So they need to be installed manually.
And 7.0 is missing one of those packages, you need to upgrade to 7.1 for the current Mediaportal version.

Ι have as proposed tried 7.1 and Mediaportal worked but now I lost Digea Greek channels which before cleared with softcams and a biss key. @ mimisiku, what illegal channel you refer to? Greek channels from Digea package? Thank you for your interest though

Sorry, I've left my cristal ball at the office, so I have to guess at what you have done.
Installing an ipk has no relation whatsoever with a softcam or it's files, so the only remaining cause is you did something you should not have done.
Besides that, @mimisiku is right, watching using biss keys and cw files means you don't own a subscription smartcard, hence you watch illegally. You managed to sort this out once, so I'd say sort it out again?

Those channels are free to air, no subscription cards. Skai gr, ant1, Alpha are all free to air but to watch out of Greece one needs biss as other countries do not allow broadcast openly. So no money lost.
I repeat abain. Set up Openpli 7.1 and was watching those greek channels quite fine. The moment I installed mediaportal ipk they went black. If I am offending anyone asking for help I apologize and remove my post. Apparently there is a technical conflict somewhere but I am too old to be mocked.

Either they are FTA, or they are not. The sat transponder doesn't know whether you are in Greece or not. If you need biss keys, they are protected, and not FTA.
The fact remains that you managed to get it working in the past, so you can do that again. Discussions about illegal viewing, and that includes cw/biss keys,are not allowed on this forum.
And again, there is NO relation between the installation of an ipk (any ipk), and a softcam config file. So either your softcam isn't running, or you did something else that caused it to fail.

you can find the files in the german section add them in temp,install,then the mediaportal update works fine...
