Hi,

I have an import problem with the url of an uncompressed file.

this code does no work

<sources>
	<sourcecat sourcecatname="**** clubplus (Please select each entries!) ****">

clubplus XMLTV

	</sourcecat>
</sources>

I have to import the file via a wget and then use this code

<sources>
	<sourcecat sourcecatname="**** clubplus (Please select each entries!) ****">

clubplus XMLTV

	</sourcecat>
</sources>

For direct use of the url, must the file source be zipped ?

I'm not a programmer do you have an idea so that I can use the live link

For information https://www.clubplus...x.php/bienvenue

Thanks

Files can be .xz or .gz compresed or uncompressed .xml files.

All these are accepted.

But for files obtained from the internet there is an extra parameter that has to be applied.

<sources>
<sourcecat sourcecatname="**** clubplus (Please select each entries!) ****">

clubplus XMLTV

</sourcecat>
</sources>

On our servers there is a file called LastUpdate.txt which contains the date of the last update.

If is this too long in the past the server is skipped.

If your server does not have this file, you have to add the nocheck="1" parameter.

For local files this is not needed.

I notice that the guidetv.xml file has many anomalies.
Do not look further willy, the author of this file will have to revisit his sheet

At first instance, the file would not import either.

But then I changed the https: to http: and the import happened.

It looks like EPGimport does not understand https://

[EPGImport] nextImport, source= clubplus XMLTV
[EPGImport] Downloading: http://www.clubplus.eu/tvguide.xml to local path: /tmp/epgimport.xml
[EPGImport] Not cheching the server since nocheck is set for it: http://www.clubplus.eu/tvguide.xml
[EPGImport] afterDownload /tmp/epgimport.xml
[EPGImport] unlink /tmp/epgimport.xml
[EPGImport] afterChannelDownload None
[EPGImport] Using twisted thread
[EPGImport] Parsing channels from '/etc/epgimport/custom.channels.xml'
[EPGImport] Parsing channels from '/home/Fritz/epg/rytec.channels.xml.xz'
[EPGImport] Parsing channels from '/home/Fritz/epg/rytec.channels.xml.xz'
[XMLTVConverter] Enumerating event information
Unknown channel: club5.ut.cx
[EPGImport] ### thread is ready ### Events: 2484
[EPGImport] imported 2484 events
[EPGImport] Save last import date and count event
[EPGImport] Run check deep standby after import
[EPGImport] #### Finished ####

PS: I copied the channel links to the custom.channel.xml file, but that should not make a difference.

Problem. Only MusicBox received any data.

At the moment I do not know why the others do not have data.

I made many changes to the file for it to work.
I reported it to the author

That gave me an idea.

Whipped something up in WG++ for converting the file to a file which imports (tested it)

So run WG++ (look for Webgrab++ in google) and use the attached ini file. Copy to channels to the config file, run WG++ and it produces a XMLTV file which imports in enigma2.

the site administrator clubplus made changes and now it works.

There remains the problem of just the URL to https for import does not work.
